We are hiring for the following shifts:

Weekend days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 7 am to 7 pm
Shift Details: Each weekend shift is 12 hours (7 am - 7 pm). The last 2 hours of each shift are calculated as overtime, ensuring you achieve 40 hours of full-time employment per week.
!Since it is a trainable position, the training will be provided during regular shifts and hours (Monday to Thursday, 7 am to 5 pm) for the first 6 to 8 weeks of employment

You will be responsible for the following:

- All the training will be provided
- In a team environment manufacture castings to support our production
- Cutting, sanding and grinding castings.
- Eventually, with all the training provided, you will be able to cast.
- Work as a team with other Finishers and Cell Leaders to complete work tasks and meet delivery commitments
- Experience with 5s and Continuous Improvement is an asset

You will possess the following:

- The ability to follow procedures and the willingness to learn new skills
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
- Able to communicate in English (verbal & written)
- Strong sense of teamwork within groups and across the organization
- Must be flexible with working overtime
- Previous exposure to a lean environment is an asset
